Not a huge fan of Buttercrunch. It's too... buttercrunchy. But I found a recipe online that looks pretty good :) Check it out:

I didn't actually make it today, but I thought about buttercrunch toffee! Yay celebrating!
Joe hadn't even heard of Buttercrunch until today. But he thinks the recipe is kind of like fudge. Joe's pretty good at making fudge - he usually makes some at Christmas, and it's awesome. It was more like toffee this year, though - no idea what happened there.
Tomorrow is National Hugging Day. So excited.
